Self catering flat in St. Ives, Cornwall

Welcome to our website - the first thing we wanted to show you was the panoramic view above, taken from the lounge window. We hope you like it as much as we do...and we're only five minutes walk from the world famous Tate Gallery!

St Ives is one of Britain's most attractive sea side resorts. It has an international reputation as a centre of art with the fine modern building of the Tate Gallery overlooking Porthmeor Beach. There are several other reputable Art Galleries including the Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (this is part of the Tate Gallery visit). The town is full of narrow cobbled flower filled streets with old fishermans' cottages. There are a wide variety of shops, friendly pubs and numerous good restaurants. The beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag Award by the Tidy Britain Group year after year and a Seaside Award for the superb surfing beach at Porthmeor. This is an ideal family beach as it has lifeguards and good beach cafes.
